The US National Academy of Sciences has produces several reports on GMOs that are fairly comprehensive and useful. These include (PDFs are available for free):

The site www.biofortified.org has compiled a lot of information about GMOs from the “pro GMO” side. I also find the Tomorrow’s Table blog from UC Davis professor Pam Ronald to be very useful.
I disagree with almost everything they have to say, but GM watch is a fairly comprehensive clearing house for anti-GMO information.
